NEW CEDAR POND/JERICHO LAKE ICE REPORT 12-2-07

Jericho lake still completely iced over.  3 solid inches of black ice plus 2 more white crystal ice for a solid 5 inches.  Someone had been out in a pull sled (not snowmobile) much further than I ventured out.  Measurement taken about 50-60 yards off boat launch.  Ceadr Pond still open.  Some ice around the edges especially on the opposite side of the launch.

Tough for me to get out during the week due to my job unless I have the next day off but I think we'll be shoveling/snowblowing snow tommorow and Tuesday anyway.  I think I'm gonna give Jericho another couple of weeks before I attempt to get out on her.  I am a pretty big guy and I am not fond of treading water.  I will see ya tomorow though and introduce myself.  Ive got to finish my shanty too.

It does but thanks to a Chevy Cobalt and a Nissan Sentra.......  My Kenmore is buldging at the seams!
