Saginaw river danger

Went out today.... 3 inches of slop on top of 6 jnches of clear when i arrived... Stayed 4 hours lost and inch of ice..... I wont be going back on the river this year..... Since my spud is gone i cant roll the dice.... Be careful if you try.... And i dont reccommend trying but to each his own i suppose

River is getting bad quick.  Just not worth it!!!

Water running down the middle of the river in Bay City, Tuesday!  There was ice under it but who knows how much.  I'm sure not going to be the one to go check it!  LOL

Temp in the river spiked at 33.5 yesterday.... There is no safe ice on the river.... Ice thats the is so terribly dangerous
