Has anyone fished Pretty Lake (Lagrange co. Question)

I fished it yesterday. Went about 100 yds out from the boat launch and it was 2 foot deep. The map said it should have been over 20 ft. It's a 90 ft deep lake supposedly.

Just wondering if anyone had fished it and did any good

Yeah 100 yards and you should have been well over 30 foot. Stays shallow for a bit but drops off. Sure you were not marking weed tops

No it wasn't weed tops. I dropped a weight down and it was 2ft. Map doesn't show a sunken island or anything. I went another 50 foot out and it was 9 ft. Kinda wild and way different from my map was showing

If you go out from the ramp and then go north there's a sunken island out there that comes up to 2-3foot.

That must have been what I was on! There was 2 spots where all the people were. I went a ways away from one of them and had no luck yesterday. Slush is brutal lol

yea you had to be on that sandy hump.  good spot to be now!  print off a screen shot from google earth and take it with you.

You think that's a good spot to fish? I figured it was a dud so I moved. Found weed bed not far from it at 9ft.

I figured 2 ft is too shallow but I really know nothing lol
