Grandson's first fish through the ice
« on: Feb 15, 2021, 02:48 PM »
This Leo,my only grandchild. He loves to fish. This is his first bluegill though the ice.  Dad was so proud. Me too. We've been 3 times. He's following in grandpa's footstep.

That great to see! He’ll remember that for a long time. I took my grandson out Saturday and he got his first fish through the ice also. Looks like to have a nice little setup there. Hopefully he’ll be asking for more trips.

I’ve seen that too. They think they’re missing something.  :)

Got my kid beat. He is usually bored after 15-20 minutes, even if we are catching fish.  :roflmao:

until the day he gets spooled, breaks off, or lands a hog, that is. ;D no hope of recovering after that happens.

Looks like he is having fun.  Keep it up.  Can't wait to get my granddaughter out soon.  She is ready.

Not only his first, but a dandy! Looks like fishing in the living room. Nice set up!
