Redemption...good bite and kid got some fish

Bite was decent and then stopped until close to sundown...it was then on! Some nice bass, perch, crappie, giil/ red ears..and my 5 year old got his first fish thru the ice. If I hadn't wasted all day during no bite I could have stayed out longer. It was hard walking away from a hole that produced 30 fish in like 10 minutes.  On vacation and on the ice next 3 days. Fish on folks! We got some ice!

Miss fishin with my boy, hes all groed up. But i have 7 young grandkids. Hopefully theyll take an interest soon. :)

Congrats on a good day off fishing and getting the young guy his first fish through the ice. I took some young kids out a few weeks back and i got pretty pumped to see them begin to figure it out.
