Anybody know where I can get 1# Coleman tanks. I’ve search most of central Indiana with no luck

If you get the adapter you can refill your own. Think they cost around 3 dollars each now.  Last I remember I was filling them under 1 dollar each. A wise investment. Saves on the landfill as well.

Last time I was in the Rensselaer Walmart they had a bunch, but that has been about a month ago.

I tried the adapter.  My tanks leaked after filling.
No fun loosing all my propane.   Plus dangerous when it leaked out in closed area. JMO

I think if you get the refillable tanks they work a little better

A month ago I could buy them in Kokomo. Seems to be a shortage

Menards has been the best for me. They get gigantic shipments but they go fast. When they are gone it's a few weeks until they come back in stock. They seem to be pretty accurate with stock at the stores when you check online.

Also, dont forget about odd ball stores that have camping sections like Target. The wife was nice enough to pick me up some when inventory was low at the usual places.
