Need help with snowmobile hitch

Can anybody help me figure out how to install this thing? It didn't come with instructions, and I can't figure it out. Polaris 550 with a rectangular cross section bar in the back.

Dennis Kirk website has the instructions
Search part number  12-107-03
Kimpex  tow hitch.

I tried to attach a picture but don’t have photo bucket.
