Saw a guy get his sled into some deep water and slush out of apps this morning, looked knee deep at least maybe waste. He got pulled out and dragged back. Be careful
That was me , shes over to rocks getting dried out , it was all water , big depression about 2’ deep

Wow. That stinks, Freddy. Hope you get her back running soon.

50 perch and a sucker?! That's a neck of a day. Nice job, Oneida1

That sucks Fred....hope they get er running quick and they don’t sting you too bad. I had one of my guys put a walk behind mower in a lake once. It was completely submerged. Drained all the fluids, dried it out, new plugs and it was good as new (at least as good as before the swim).   Anyone can catch an eye or perch Oneida1.....you should get some sort of prize for catching a sucker thru the ice

Bet you're glad you didn't come down to deer camp Oneida1. Our hot perch bite in the deep fizzled today hour south of O. Nice catch guys, glad you got her out F&R. Very exciting time of year to be fishing! I love it... ;D

Yup, that and dead skunks alongside of the road. ;D

Glad you're Ok Fred, scary feeling I know. I drove into a BIG puddle once out from Spruce Grove. The water was so deep the belt just slipped...
engine never quit. I thought everything was going down; but there was solid ice under me. :o
An old timer came along with a red 3 wheeler and a long rope and saved my butt and got me out of a bad spot.

Maybe not appropriate for this thread, but I've gotta ask...what is somebody doing on the lake with a walk-behind mower???    :roflmao:

.   Lol.....he was mowing a property on the lake. Slid down a steep hill, off a break wall, into 4-5 ft of water.  He wasn’t actuall on the lake until he was in the lake  :o ;)

Made about ten moved to locate perch. Landed on some nice fish finally and picked away at them. All they'd take was spikes on a jig.
