Just got off the lake 20min ago, bite very slow but managed my first Laker through the ice. I ended up with 2. 2.5lb and 3.75lb. And a 10lb Mariya. My buddy caught a 67cm Laker but we let the over swim back down and kept the 2 smaller ones and the Mariya.

There is lots of flood water 5-6" in places but 3 trucks did drive out but we sleded out.

12-15" where we drilled, the resort owners are great with ice condition updates. If any questions stop in to see them when your on your way out or give them a call, very nice people
