talking to HabaneroBob today as he was on his way to make a business call......by coincidence he was just passing over the Pembina River on highway 34 by Swan Lake.....mentioned that we could launch the boat...as the river was wide open.....having lived and fished in that area many moons ago, I cannot recall the river being open at this time of the year.....Ever!!!......any updates from the area?
