froze the fish...

I got home late the other night and didn't feel like cleaning the days catch (gills and crappies) so i just threw them in the freezer. they will still be ok to fillet now right ? a friend of mine says no and i just usually do it right away so i'm not sure.

Let them thaw and you will be fine. I have fish freeze while I am fishing all the time and just let them thaw. :tipup:

Many times I leave them out in my shed overnight after I get done fishing and clean them the next day.  No Problem.  Thats the beauty of ice fishing.  If you don't feel like cleaning your catch right when you get back....you can leave them out in the cold and do it the next day.
