Is that the trap you caught it on. Looks liek one of the plastic HT traps. I just bought one caught 2 fish on it and it broke. I was using it as a crappie and perch setup. I surprised it held up to the monster.

HT Polar tip-up, I've had them as long as I can remember. I never had a problem with them, now the first ice ones are complete junk
