Anyone ever fish lake rupert in vinton co? Just came back from an ice check at the boat ramp its around 3.5 to 4 went to the upper end and went out about 10 to 15 feet and got around 5 in good hard ice the lake has some open spots making me second guess trying to go out. You guys think it would be ok to try?
