                          It's 33* and mostly clear here on my hill. ::)
                          H2l.............The water might be going over the spill was after yesterday's rain. :unsure: Your wife sure has been through a lot. :( She must

                          Eddie..........Chicken and dumplings sure sounded good for yesterday. :clap: Yeah the worms are closer to the surface, it's hard for them to
              do the backstroke. :woot:
                          Wally...........It must be hard on Cooper, do you have to walk him or does he go out on his own and stays close to the house? ???
                          Fish.............I know that some of the more firm cheeses are smoked, but I never heard of cream cheese being smoked, sounds
               interesting. I bet it's good with some of jellies out there. :whistle:
                          Yesterday was my second son's birthday, I went to his house for a standing rib roast dinner. Mmmmmmmmmm

Well had the boys birthday party today and most everyone canceled today for his friends so it was my dad and one of my wife's aunts that made it. Burgers, hotdogs, and hot links on the grill with chips and tater salad and macaroni salad. Got the boys lego table completed, well kind of. Will get a picture later as we painted the legs and they are drying. Maybe boat tomorrow if the weather holds out. Smoked cream cheese is take the cream cheese and put your seasoning on it. Take it right out of the refrigerator and put it in the smoker at 170 degrees for an hour, checking to make sure it is not melting or getting to hot in the smoker. The wife used her essential seasoning mix and then hickory chips for the smoke. If you want you can smoke it lower at like 130 for a little longer as long as you get the chips smoking. Beautiful day today at around 70 degrees, should have went to the lake but the table took us last night and most the day today. Now the wife needs to make the cheesecake that she forgot to make for the boy. But the daughter had to run to town so she picked one up so maybe a couple cheesecakes today. Have a good one everyone, check back in tomorrow and maybe some fishing reports.

I work in Peekskill, NY, so pretty close to the western NJ epicenter. I was sitting in a meeting room when it happened. Oh yeah ! it was a definite jolt where I was, plenty of shaking of the building for maybe  5 seconds.

I was in college in Troy, NY in the fall of 1983, when the Blue Mountain Lake quake occurred. That was a 5.4 and it nearly knocked me out of my bed 90 miles away when it hit in the wee hours of the morning.

If you buy the Fuel Kegs, the one thing I would highly suggest is to keep an eye on the plastic sleeve and the rubber o-ring. They tend to stick and pull off from the filler valve. I noticed the plastic sleeve was sitting flush in the nozzle on my tanks and I was able to push it down further (about 1/16″). I think this should help. Bought a fill kit and three tanks. All had this problem and lost the nylon and oring. Mr heater totally sucks at customer service and I have given up trying to get them to help. Dig the nylons and rings out of your old disposable tanks to replace the junk Mr heater ones that go missing.

IW.....it sure isn't any drier today here  ::)

Eddie.....feels like we're almost back to winter weather today, mixed precip and winds  :%$#!: the chicken and dumplings should be a hit  ;)

Another day of indoor "stuff"  :-\  the rains just won't quit  :wacko: poor Cooper hates getting wet/muddy feet and having to be dried off every time he goes out  :pinch:

Good Morning Everyone,
  Damp, windy and 40* on the Hill this am, more showers expected today, maybe even a wintry mix, high of 48.

  H2…glad you had safe travels to and from St. Pete’s.  :thumbsup:  There were some pretty intense rains hitting around the area yesterday. Seeing quite a bit of rain in the extended forecast….
  Jeff…the streams must be raging up your way with all that rain with the recent snow melt!!  :woot:  The ground is so saturated right now it’s just puddling everywhere. The robins like it… ;D.
  Marv…thank you for sharing the video, those turkeys sure were having a good time!!  :clap: 
  FH4…wow, so sorry to read that about your S-I-L, best wishes thoughts and prayers with her for a speedy recovery. x2 on Jeff’s reply, smoked cream cheese sounds real interesting!!  :thumbsup: 
 
  Not much on the planner yet. Seems like a good day for a crockpot meal…thinking chicken and dumplings would fit in nicely with the raw weather.  Cawfee’s still on….
