Title: Help me to identify thig jig

I have a few of these but I could use a few more.
It is not a Hexi fly (Discontinued).
The eyes protrude out a bit from the body.

Im thinking its made by lindy.i cant remember the name tho.lindy bug jig?

Definitely Lindy packaging. The black/yellow stripes give it away.
