I hear you on the stop buying and start fishing.  Waiting for the cold weather and ice is frustrating so I go surfing for ice gear.  If the cold weather does not come soon I will be broke buy the time my favorite lake freezes over. I have to stop buying and start organizing and modifying my gear. Let hope for 4+ inches on January the 1st.

The weather is hopefully taking a turn, it definetly felt like ice fishing weather on Thursday when I arrived in Halifax.  It put me even more in the mood when I went to the Scotia mall and picked up a In-fisherman ice fishing 2012 guide.  Had a great time in Halifax all the people I met were great the pubs were nice.  Love Pogues Fado, Split Crow.  Hope you guys Have a great Season.
