A crappie bonus

While fishing for crappie, this one hammered my 2" tube on a light action 24" jig rod.  He was returned to the water to fight again in the spring..ice scoop is 22" long...

It made my day Scott  ;)  Took about 15 min to get him where I could lip him.  He looked happy when he reentered the water ::)

I had the same thing happen to me today while jigging for crappie. About the same size. He was kind and put his nose up the hole on the first pass and it was an easy lip job.
