Title: evanston ice ponds

there only 8 inches. Some times there  a 15. incher(Rare) But they taist grate fryed.   18 inches of ice 5 foot of water used waxies. FUN FUN FUN . Take a kid fishing.  PLEASE.

Are we allowed to fish the ice pond there in Evanston? (aka bear pond) i always thought it would kind of be funny to punch a hole just on the edge on the ice skating area and fish.
