Who sells live minnows in or near Cheyenne?

Does anyone have a lead on where to get minnows in the Cheyenne area?

Minnows are expensive in WY, In ND they are $1.00 a scoop and there is 8-12 per scoop.

There used to be a guy on hwy 85 advertising in the traders. I don't think I have saw it recently though.

There is a guy that lives east of cheyenne that sells statewide minnows.  Name is Bill.  307 635-7039.  They will give you directions.  They are north of 6 dollars a dozen.
