who has good minnows this season?

Hello, Im new to the forum and enjoy reading all the helpful information, I would like to know who is selling minnows this year, I have generally went to rockys, but the price is getting a little stiff. Any info would be helpful

It's already slim pickings and the derby hasn't even come around yet. Price is higher this year everywhere too.
