Whats the status on minnows over in the Boysen area? Do people need to plan on bringing other types of baits or should there be enough minnows to go around?

I think there should be enough. That's a question that youd have to take up with minnowguy. i believe he's the one that supplies Walkers. B&K has pretty nice ones i heard. there's plenty of dealers around.

Ok guys, we in central wyoming live in the walleye capital of the world. we can't let somebody from PA beat us in the walleye category. lets do our best at the derby to smoke em!!

We will be there to help out with that ! We'll be around that cottonwood area .This will be my first time to boysen hoping to meet some of the shanty's best why we're there !

poison and muddy have been good for walleye trout and ling the past few days but as pressure mounts like last weekend they move out

Hey Farmer. I'll be up fishing Boysen the weekend of the tourney with some buddies from Powell. We'll have to hook up. Rowdy was here yesterday telling fishing stories about your catfish- you're lucky you got pictures of that thing is all I can say!

ya, it was by far the nicest cat i have ever iced for sure. didn't trevor come down too? PARTY AT BROWNCO RIV.!!!

Went out yesterday and managed to ice a sauger. nothing else. fished from 1030 to 630. The ice is 20+ where ever i went. seems like good ice.

I was out at Bills bait on Burma rd. & saw a guy bring a 27" walleye in on his way home yesterday. Looks like there starting to bite , I know Ocean lake had been hotter than a firecracker on Wallyeye the last two weeks, bummer to to much work to sneak away tho. Looking forward to giving Boysen a shot if the weather stay this nice. ps hes running lower than usual on bait , guess everyone likes the size especially the fish.

The ice on the south end is from 18 to 22 inches with 90%+ covered in snow..
