Cazenovia Lake is a great place for perch if you tough out the dinks. They will be heavy but its like they say, when the little ones feed, the big ones aren't to far behind.

They are a sweet pile there, I wish we could make a haul like that down here, we have nice big ones but never get more than a dozen or so in a day any more but it's rare that one is less than a foot long.
