Didn't know what they were till I looked them up. Look similar to what my uncle used when I was a kid, that was 60 years ago. They had reel glass beads then I remember we always caught perch. I'll have to get ahold of my first cousin he's got my uncles old gear.

Worked pretty well last year.  just like anything there is a time and a place.  They might work great one day and another day something else is your best bet.  It's worth having so,etching like it in your arsenal.

Didn't have luck with them when I tried it. They'd hit my tungsten and small spoons though
