Depends on what unit you upgrade to.  What did you have in mind???

Im the go big or go home kinda guy, so thats why Im upset with my self for just getting the scout, I was thinking about the quad, or the sc100, maybe a DT series, although I did not see those on the aqua-vu site,...somthing with improved lighting for sure

The new Quad 4 AV has out is sort of cool.

You can pic any camera image out of the 4 and view it full size on the screen.

Unless you use your Camera religiously every outing I wouldn't even consider an upgrade.

My Scout 2 stays at home most of the time due to weight and added bulk and the fact that I rarely use it.

No matter how much $$$ you spend on ANY camera its the same junk from China. Thats why I wasn't spending more than $230 on any camera.

Are you stuck on Aqua-Vu or are you considering other Makers?

I have the Cabelas camera and I haven't even had it for a year and I already want the Marcum VS560...

Good Luck and let us know what you settle on...

i bought the DT series, improved lighting, water temp and direction, a lot smaller and comes with twice the battery life, since my average day is eight hours, i though this would help

You have to watch LCD's unless they are heated they can actually freeze when its reaaaalllly cold.  Ya I love the Marcum with its internal 360 pan function...that is my biggest grip about my current static facing camera....

Good Fishing
