Title: Otter XTH Pro thermal piece of junk!

Broke after 2 uses. No joke.  Out of warranty by 1 month.  Save your $$$ and do not give into the hype of Otter.  When setting up and pulling one of the sides out, the bracket that holds the supporting rods cracked.  Now one of the rods will not hold in the bracket.  This means that one whole side of my shanty will not stay taught, it just collapses in on itself.  Contacted Otter and they just sent me a one line email that my warranty is rejected and offered no other response on further emails.  Great company...

Sounds like the hub might have broken, pretty easy fix.  $5.99 part and a few minutes of your time.  The hardest part will be trying to find one though.  :(

I've been really impressed with my Otter.
