saturday on the red

Well off to a good start this winter with my 2nd MA walleye, Plus 3 for sure MA Greens lost just at the hole bottom. Was out for a couple hours today and lost the biggest eye to date, shook the hook just below the hole and glidded away.  :(  I will be back for you!  :)

Here is one that did not get away on saturday, well i guess he did because he was released!  :)

I have good luck on jigging rapala's baited with a shinner head on the middle treble. Whistle jiggs, jigging spoons,  on my second rod i will use a dropshot rig or possibly a pickeral rig if it suits me.

Strange year, goldeyes hugging the bottom and big eyes cruising off the bottom and very hungry.

here is one from october, hopefully have some more on the weekend. And as ALWAYS the big ones get released.  :)

Well done on the fish fellas.  ;D  I've never been able to latch on to a master pickerel yet, but i feel it in my bones this winter will the time. Good luck to all and save some for me! ;)
