Asking for any help or info...
A friend of mine fished Mascoma lake (Enfield, NH) this weekend, left the tailgate down when he left for home. Lost his entire collection of gear in a sled. There was ALOT of money invested in the contents. He is a great guy, one who would return the gear if the situation was on the other end of the deal. He contributes alot of his time into a NH trophy deer program which most of us benefit from.
If anyone on here found it, or knows someone who found it, Please send me a PM and I will put you in contact with him to identify the contents. Any useful info is much appreciated!
Thank you.

I hate seeing these posts... has he contacted the local PD just in case someone is honest and caring... I hope he has his name on something in there.. no guarantees'.. but it helps. We ( the collective masses here) prey some one does the right thing and we read in a day or two that he got it back.

UPDATE:
A fella named Adam from Enfield contacted me within an hour of me posting the notice on a social media site. Contents were identified and the gear will make its way back to the owner!!! Social media can be a fantastic thing, if used correctly.
Im happy to report on this update. Thanks to all who viewed and send their good wishes.

To Adam, I hope the good karma comes back around to return your favors today!

Hey!  That's a great result!

I remember someone from Mass had a similar thing happen...took a corner in the truck...sled flew out the back.  Turned around as soon as he realized...maybe 10 minutes.  And gone!  Never got his stuff back.

Glad your friend had a better outcome.  Hopefully nothing was broken beyond repair.

Awesome news!
Perhaps I should not have been a fisherman, he thought. But that was the thing that I was born for.

Fortunately there are many more good anglers than there are scumbags.

Almost all of us knows what it took to get the gear we have, and know how it would feel if we lost it, so we tend to want to save someone from having to go thru that experience.

Heck, they had that happen in an episode of :North Woods Law". Guys sled fell off the bed of his truck, and the officer tracked him down using the info on his gear. The guy was glad to get it back and his kids were equally happy.
