New bait and tackle in Kent, CT

Sportsman’s Connection is now operating in Kent. Right on the main drag, route 7. Great shop. Support the small, local shops.

Good to see a few new shops opening rather than closing.  I was also informed by a good friend of another shop which opened relatively recent in Newtown. Bounty hunters custom bait and tackle. Can’t wait to check both places out.

Took a ride to check them out today. Grabbed their card with their website on it:

Looks like if you want to buy bait there, better plan on getting it the day before as the hours seem to be 9-5.
Might better call ahead to be sure they have it or if they'll be open earlier once the ice gets here.
