2011/20120 season

Ya I know its early.  Just doing the late summer early fall garage clean up,  and the jiffy was just calling me from the corner.  4 pulls and the sweet smell of 2 stroke was in the air.   I know the boat will make a few more trips this year, but really I look forward to the ice season.

Feeling the same way. Took the fish trap out in the back yard and cleaned all the cobb webs off.

Yep.. Looking forward to getting on the ice this winter.. But not yet even concidered 20120 yet !!   LOL

Starting to get crisp around here, a low of only 5C (40 F) so it will be awhile yet, the farmers are happy with no frost yet.  The leaves are starting to turn.  Want to get out for some fall lakers when they are spawing but will see when, maybe in a few weeks.  Off to Childs lake Manitoba and will try out there in Duck Mtn.

Im with you guys, I cant wait for ice season to get here, my buddy and I started building are new shack last night night, the god ole 4x8 just wasnt cutting it anymore so we went 8x12 this year, cant wait to get it out on Blackstrap!

I'm with all of you!  Just started on the new shack yesterday. Taking the in law old old pop up camper and turning it into my new ice palace!   See you all out there in a couple months!

cant wait. didnt go out last year my back was shot. had surgery this spring i feel a hole lot better.shack is ready to go im ready just need ice.

I am also anxiously awaiting the arrival of ice. I do not have a power auger to start to smell that sweet, sweet, smell of 2 stroke exhaust but I do have a snowmobile to start. Be right back
