Ice Fishing Sled

Hey-

I am sorta new to ice fishing and i dont want to but a portable quite yet, and I dont wanna use an Otter type sled. I saw at a tournament some ppl had welded up tehre own sled, to haul stuff out there. I was wondering if ne body has got soem pics of homemade sleds?
