Gaylord/Vanderbilt ice conditions

Good evening fellow fisherman,

Heading north for one last shot at the season. Down state has been rough. I was wondering if anyone knows the ice conditions around the Gaylord/Vanderbilt area? Or even Boyne city. Just want to make sure we aren't going to fall through.

We were on Grand Lake in Alpena last weekend...10" - 12" ice and a good 8" - 10" snow. I was on some smaller lakes around Atlanta the weekend before...8" - 10" of ice.
