I'm thinking about buying a portable shelter while I'm there Friday. Are there pretty good discounts to be had?

I'm really excited for it. I've been trying not to jump on every sale on what I still need until then.

I've been the last few years.  Great show and this year will be big.  Seminars are always great and yes you will find great deals on everything from tackle to shacks to augers to clothes etc.  Everything you need and some stuff you didn't know you needed.  Seminars are awesome...Brad Hawthorne, Bro Brosdahl, Dennis Kassube, and one of my favorites Tom Gruenwald.

Was out there for a couple hours tonight. Got several free things, a good deal on a chair, a 29" no8 Snitch rod for $13.

Striker is having 20% off their suits so probably going to get predator bibs and coat ($380 for 3x top and bottom) unless I can find a better deal.

Most of the big names (Marcum,  vex, eskimo, etc...) are doing 20% off for the show.

Some prices are  not so good. I've seen cheaper prices on some of the 13 fishing rods at scheels.

I got some great deals and loved getting to meet some of the local vendors I didn't know existed.

Missed out on getting my spud because I waited till Sunday and they were out of stock.

Got there early enough Sunday that I got one of the free buckets, so that's a plus.

All in all I was very impressed with the show and it seemed to run very smoothly for being the first time in the Arena.

Was a great show, first one I attended, got a vexilar flx12 propack 10% off, a rapala jig case they had a bunch for 10$ instead of 20, after seeing everyone walk by me with one I had to join the gang and I also got a venom jig light! Can't wait to go again next year!

I was really happy with the show.  They had a great variety of stuff to look at about a dozen wheel houses which was nice to see some of the differences in the sizes.  I picked up some of the crystal eye jigs and an Aqua-vu 715 they had 15% off the camera and got the mo pod out the door for $300.  It was nice to talk with some of the larger vendors and the local ones.  I hope in the future it keeps growing.

Anyone know when they will release dates for next year? We had other plans and could not attend.
