Nils power point head for hand auger/drill

I hate having to get my nils 8in blade sharpend every season or alternating to my spare by mid season. Do the blades on the gas ones stay sharp longer? Also would it be useable with the clam plate and a heavy duty drill? If so where is my best net to order just that blade?

  Nils augers use both the powerpoint and non powerpoint.   The powerpoint is the same as non powerpoint with the pp added.
Yes you can use a drill with any Nils blade and its works great.   The Nils Convertible auger is drill ready.  For your setup you'll need a drill adapter.  Kovac and Nils Master make drill adapters.

I have the clam plate and adaptor.  It works great so i will try to find the power point for this season. Havent been able to find one yet though.

You can use the powerpoint or standard blade as they are the same blade except for the PP added. One doesn't stay sharper longer then the other.
