Lowrance FlashGraf
« on: Jan 14, 2011, 12:16 PM »
I have a portable Lowrance X96 fishfinder that I have set up with a ice transducer for this season, and I am looking for any feedback on the FlashGraf feature that is on this and many other Lowrance fish finders. I wanted to know how the flasher display works on a grayscale display and if it is worth the bother? I haven't used the unit much yet in either hard or soft water so I'm looking on advice for how to set it up for the ice. Thanks.

As a side note, does the transducer (the same as the X67C) need to be below the bottom of the ice to work properly or is it fine anywhere in the hole? Thanks.
