Catch of the Day

Thought you guys & gals would like to see these pictures.  These were taken about 1 1/2 miles off the coast of California during the height of the brush fires.

How did you find him?  I bet he sure was tired when you pulled him out!

You get mad points in my book for being the guys to pull this off. one to get the deer in the boat, two to get the legs tied up without a busted arm or losing a nut ! Not everybody is going to attempt to save this animal like you guys did, great job

Not sure how they did it.  I got the pictures from the friend of a friend of a friend.  I was told that he was released when they returned to shore.  Must have been quite a feat getting it into the boat, tired or not.

Of course...now I am looking at them and saying something "stinks".  Is it me or does it look like four hoofs tied together and only three legs...why wouldn't the deer be moving the forth leg?
