I suspect not, since it's a public water supply. I searched every way I could think of, and only found that swimming and bathing are prohibited ??? :-\

No fishing allowed in that reservoir.A shame too I've seen many the 2 foot smallie in there.I'm one of the lucky few who have spent  time on that lake over the last 20 years its amazing what can happen to a body of water if you leave it alone.
