Title: IonX auger with digger auger mount?

I have heard that the IonX will not fit into my digger auger mount?  Said the auger shaft is too skinny.  Any truth to this from someone that has ran both?  Couldn't I just resize the J hook?  TIA

I have the digger mount. Its a fantastic but simple piece of equipment. Of course you could modify it to fit any auger.

I use my digger mount with an ion auger but I have to tighten the j hook and bungy cord the bottom end of the auger to stop it from lifting.  I don't have to do this with my eskimo z71.  Now I see they have a new multi use carrier with rubber straps both ends.  That one might be a better bet.
