Unistrut - is it like a u-shaped channel that you could use to run several vertically (or horizontally) mounted counduit runs?  I think I know what you are talking about, see it in commercial applications.  I will look into that, good idea!  Do you think 1/2" conduit would be ok?  I only have a 1/2" conduit bender.

Mine is a variation of the classic "Ontario" design.  The goal was to make it as light as possible, so it's skin is 1/8" Luan, and it weighs in at about 60lbs.  The first version of this, was with 5/8 plywood, but it was just to dang heavy.   I added the raised box so all my gear will stow inside for easier transporting.

Are you SURE it's safe to walk on? Looks questionable to me!

Nice shack TougeHunter!

A picture of the "Coroplast" shack.  4x8.   Weights less than 125lbs.

That's a nice looking shack too Maindog... Did you cover it with thick styrofoam?
It's looks very warm, nice job!

I got a Shappel 2 man in December, I bought a Mr.Heater/Cooker and a 10lb propane tank.  This set up keeps me warm when it's below -30 with heavy wind.  I'm glad I bought it.
