How are the conditions up there with all the rain we had? A lot of water on top of the ice? Did it cloud the water up at all?

Looking to get out on Monday.. Hoping the single digits tonight will stiffen everything back up, mostly worried about water clarity..

I heard fishing there was a waste of time.  Os it true?

5-6” this morning. Black ice but lots of cracks. Someone was out in a side by side which seemed bold. Perch bite was slow.

Yea.. I just hot off from there.. Bite was real slow.. Caught some,in 8foot and some in 30 foot.. I saw that guy on the side by side.. He drove all the way to the south end to boot!!

We need some, better weather.. That ice is starting too look like swiss cheese from all the holes.. I'm thinking that's why the bite is so tough. A lot of pressure.,

5-6 on a side by side is less brave that 6.5-7.5 in a full size truck like was on carmi today hahha
