Where can you buy a long handled ice chisel?

i made my own chisel with some 3/4 inch round steel and a piece of square stock steel grinded down to an edge and welded to the round steel. don't forget to put a t-handle and/ or a piece of rope to attach to your hand so you don't lose it down in the water when it does break through the ice and you aren't ready

The Mille Lacs ice chisel looks pretty sweet.  I just ordered one from Reeds (thanks TRT).  With any luck it'll be here before next weekend.
Dockside has long ice chisels with rebar shafts, a little cheaper than the Mille Lacs, if you need to grab one and go.

I find old wood chisel and make them the size I want.
Chisel usually 2" wide and round stock the size you want.  Use scrap chain link welded to top to attach rope.
