I don't usually fish South Bay, and the kids haven't ever gone up there to fish either. I know at least 2 out of 3 wouldn't go along with the idea of walking or driving to the islands, so South Bay at the access is probably the better choice. The problem though, is having only fished that end a couple of times 20 years ago. Any general ideas of where to head from the launch with them would be appreciated, just have to add that one is only 7, so I don't want to walk too far if I can help it.
