ling below hauser

I fished for ling below Hauser dam last night. Fishing was really slow, caught 1 small ling.  Does anyone know if they migrate out of that area when they are spawning?  Fished there before, at the end of Jan. last year, and caught 13.  Didn't seem like there were many fish around.  Fished from 6:00pm.  to 10:00pm.  Any info would be appreciated.   Thanks

I caught some there last week on the Missouri. Only thing I can say is fish later and move to different access points. We never got into them until 11 pm.
