just wondering if anyone has fished for kokes at dickey lake and how is the fishing , also we are having a family rebellion in aug does anyone know how summer fishing is there for kokes.

Really a hard lake to fish.  Old man Clark lived on the lake in Trego for about 40 years and he said with the water maggots are always going, it scares the rainbow and other fish fiercely.  But there should be a lucky strike for someone if you do latch into a fish.  The water is very clean and clear.

I fished this lake quite a bit and never caught that much. There is some very respectable rainbows up there, but few and far between in my experience. One tip though every rainbow I caught was absolutely stuffed with crawdads! Go brown and tight to the bottom, maybe tube jigs and craw smelly jelly. But drill a ton of holes and move around alot! Post how you do if you go, Im curious
