I know this isnt the right forum for this, but i'm wondering how the ice conditions on lake durant are so far?

Anyone out there know if there is ice on Durrant, roomer has it, it's been lock up for a few weeks.  ???

I am headed up early tomorrow morning.  I will do a little morning hunting then swing by Durant later in the day.  I am bringing the ice gear and some bait just in case.

lol its so funny the slitest bit of ice and people start to freak  :D. tommorrow there is going to be guys driving all around lookin for ice with all their gear. including me! ;D

I don't know about Durant, but in the Tupper area there are no safe ice conditions yet.  I would have to assume that Durant would not be safe yet either.  I just checked a small pond on our club and there is only about 1 1/2 to 2 inches.  Certainly not safe yet.

Same story to the south of you.  Some smaller lakes are locked up but nowhere near safe.
