Strikemaster-Unbelievable service!!!!

Had an issue with my Lazer Mag Express and was going to try and fix it myself.  Called Strikemaster and customer service said to send it in if I want to and they would look at it.  Sent it UPS on a Tuesday at 2PM.  They already called me the next day with what they found.  They said they would fix it and it would be in the mail Thursday.  I got my auger back already on Friday.  Wow!!!  I've never seen and dealt with such a great company. I would recommend them to anyone.  Fin

Great to hear. As of late all Ive heard is compaliants about StrikeMaster getting built in China..blah.. blah...blah You don't hear much positive things but this is good news!!

the blade on my mora broke. (started a thread about it). emailed strikemaster, and they replied with an apology and said to call. the lady on the phone was very nice and said that they would ship me new blades tommorrow. still a little peeved about the blade breaking in the first place, but you can`t get much better service than that.
