Mac and Cheese

Shell macaroni
4Tbsp butter
2Tbsp Flower
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp dry mustard (optional)
1/4 tsp garlic salt
2 1/2 cups of milk
pkg of mack and cheese shredded in bag
1/4 cup of bread crumbs

Cook shells, While shells are cooking melt tbsp butter in large saucepan, blend in flower,salt,garlicsalt and dry mustard Add milk
heat stirring constantly until sauce thickens add bag of cheese heat until melted, continue to stir. Combine the sauce to the cooked shells pour into a large casserole dish Melt 2tbsp of butter stir in bread crumbs Top shells in baking dish with the bread crumbs bake uncovered at 375 for 20-25 minutes i use the small foil pans and the reheat on the ice
