Has  anyone seen/used these? I saw them on ebay. Looks like they could work.

Which ones? Psycho Eye or the Neon Tiger Jigs? Never used either one but the Psycho Eye looks good.

Neon Tigers are Jammin Jigs  not sure on the psycho eyes but they kind of resemble the Bad Dog Flipper Tear jigs.  From the looks of what he is offering, most of the other ones appear to be Jammin Jigs also.
