Im from Pennsylvania and was fishing in Chester County and had come up for the afternoon bite....I had to go to the Eye doctor earlier and only could get out for late bite with my brand new 400 dollor pair of glasses........They went right thru the hole as I finished cleaning the ice out. I screamed like an animal in pain....I cant see very good w/o them. Luck of the Irish

One cell phone, 1spud (not a potato). Wife dropped lure box with over $150 worth of jigs. Came back next day with magnet but couldn't  find it.

How about a 13" perch, i was tossing into a pail 20 feet away, hit the rim and right into the darn hole.

On the ice I haven't dropped anything really besides losing few sounders in the hole. Open water....different story. :%$#!:

My jigging rod... Watched it fly down the hole from about 20' away.  I got there in time to see which way the rod was headed, and started drillin' holes.  after the second hole, I put my nose up to the water and saw it sitting at the bottom.

Took out one of my tip ups, put a sounder on the treble and retrieved the rod as well as a 26-28" pickerel that was still on it.

I love when you are fishing two holes, catch a fish, flops off hook coming out of hole one and goes head first down hole two.

A brand new reel had one that giving me trouble and bought a new forgot to change it before I went out. While I was out fishing had enough and took it out to change it . When I did I dropped it it took one bounce and straight down the hole.

almost lost my buddy nate once...lets just say an 8inch hole is not a nice thing to step in while walking out in fading daylight lol, good thing he was leaving as his whole leg up to his junk was soaked lol

My coleman led lantern came off the hook i hang it on, bounced off the ice and the bottom enclosure and the batteries  went to the bottom.

was fishing onedia this weekend. I had a call so i grabd my i5 out of my coat but it was to late..missed the call. I look at my vexy and it was red all over. set my phone on my knee.. lifted my rod and bang...walldo on! I was done and fishing for fun but still got stupid as i all ways do.. got her to the hole..reached down..fish on the ice and apple in the drink. i watched it flutter down to the bottom... actually felt good after i came to grips.. didnt have to worry about damn phone the rest of the weekend!

My 5 y.o., one leg, all the way to the crotch. I told him at leat 10x that morning to watch the holes!!

Thank heaven for my little shelter and Buddy heater, or we'd have been pulling out after an hour of fishing. It was like 18 degrees...
