De icer plate problem

    I have a Jiffy 10" 30 HP de icer auger.  There is a bushing and a bolt to tighten it and the bushing is wore out, I can't tighten it myself,  Where can I get a brass bushing?  I can fix it myself.  I've been looking on line and can't seem too find anything like it.
