Otter Lake '13

Who has been out there so far this winter? I hear that the derby is supposed to be next Sat. the 12th. How is the ice? Anybody catching anything?

I've given up on Otter and haven't fished it for two maybe three years now.  I did catch some fish there so it could be as that as I've moved over to fishing from an ATV more that I simply didn't trust the ice out there well enough.  Current erosion of the ice on Otter can be a bugger and it just has me spooked too much with the ATV.  I was/am probably worrying about nothing, but then again, I stay dry too.
